Aden Sinclaire, Certified Massage Therapist

Aden is a neuromuscular massage therapist with advanced clinical training and a specialization in athletic performance, recovery, and injury management. She completed over 1,250 hours of education through the National Holistic Institute (NHI) in Emeryville, including NHI’s Advanced Neuromuscular Therapy Program, and continues to deepen her expertise through ongoing study in kinesiology.

Her professional experience includes work in chiropractic and medical settings as well as with professional and high-level competitive sports teams, where precision, efficiency, and results matter. Aden has supported athletes managing complex neck and back injuries, post-surgical recovery (including joint replacements), arthritis, and the cumulative physical demands of elite training and long athletic careers. Her approach is clinical, outcome-driven, and tailored to the demands of performance environments.

Aden views massage therapy as a critical component of an athlete’s support system—integral not only to rehabilitation, but also to injury prevention, workload management, and long-term durability. Her work is informed by a clear understanding of biomechanics, compensation patterns, and sport-specific stress.

An athlete herself, Aden has spent nearly 30 years cycling as a commuter, competitive road and cyclocross racer, and lifelong enthusiast. This firsthand experience allows her to communicate effectively with athletes, understand training cycles, and appreciate the urgency of returning to play or performance safely and intelligently.

Based in Oakland, Aden serves athletes and active individuals throughout the greater San Francisco Bay Area and is available for on-site support, short-term engagements, and travel as needed to meet the demands of teams, events, and performance environments. Her work is focused, reliable, and designed to support recovery, resilience, and sustained performance.
